first of all, MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!! May the joy be with you in the upcoming year!!!

Yesterday (24/12/Sun) was quite a busy yet meaningful day for me!!!

1st round
Zarina (my ex-colleague from M&S, WP) invited me over to her wedding at Jurong area. This was my first time attending a Malay wedding and thanks Ain a lot for accompanying me there =)

when we got there around 2 plus, as we are lost (took the wrong side of the bus to venue), the newly wed was having their lunch and we feel that it is better not to disturb them while eatting. we just waved, smiled and nod to her that we are here and proceeded to eat!!! haha.. the food was not bad, heex... not much people there.. mostly are her relatives and i never saw any of my WP colleagues.. haix... later then i noe that they (WP colleagues) had came earlier than us and had left before we arrived...

was struggling whether to walk up to Zarina and say the congrats things all that... i 'plucked' up my courage and want to find her and take pics with her... hmmm... but i had a bad timing ;(
Ain told me that they are going to the groom's house and i got no chance to talk to her today... except i want to wait for everything to be over, which means will be around 5 plus..OMG!!! so late and we are not very comfortable in the environment thus, we chose to leave after she make her way to the groom's house.. heex.. so happy for her to find her happiness...

lastly, over here.. i want to 'make up' for not telling her yesterday:
Zarina!!!! Congratulations.. you are very beautiful tooday... May you and your husband stay happily forever..

aftwer that, we went to JP to buy something.. heex.. nothing much over there... just walked and walked around..when we are done, we went to Mac to have a drink before heading back to Bedok..

2nd round
i made my way to the secondary school gathering cum christmas celebration at Jun Hong's house.. was the latest to arrive and they had started eatting before i come... haha... but forgive them.. cox they saved quite a lot of food for me.. heex...

after the very full dinner at the zu chao stall near his house, we headed to Shop n Save to purchase some tibbits and drinks...

the eight of us (Shi Ling, Jackie, Connie, Jun Hong, Mao Yun, Chee Wei, Andy and... Me) reached his house.. placed the stuff at the kitchen and all our eyes are glued to the TV.. haha.. Funny rite?? after that, someone suggested playing manjong, however, only 4 person will benefit ftom the game.. thus, we played 21 dian in the living room... hmm.. luck is not with me today.. nv won and not lost too much.. haha.. a pathetic 10cent is all i lost.. haha.. today's winner was JH who won $2 plus when his starting chip is 30 cents.. lucky hor.. but we think he house is the one who 'wang' him... haha..

after that, we headed to the kitchen to have some concentration (as our eyes are still glued to the precious TV) in playing games.. this time round, we played Heart Attack with forfeit which is mixing of Rasberry liquor with either Sprite or Sprite Zero... very exciting game!!! we will all scream very loud when someone had Heart Attacked and quickly placed our hands out.. the cards also kept on went missing as some of us threw the cards up high.. haha.. nice game.. as the game goes on, the drink was changed to pure rasberry liquor... and poor Shi Ling, Andy are the ones who kept drinking as a penalty.. haha.. fun and Mao Yun was the most pro during this game, without having to drink any.. heex..

Andy's face was like a red lobster and Shi Ling's was drunk which the rest of the group had a wish come true as they wanted to make her drunk that day.. haha... she cant take it le.. and went to sleep for a while..

the 7 of us, continued drinking, eat the nice coffee cake that Jackie's friend made for us free.. thanks ya, although i dun noe ur name..haha..

earlier on, we had placed our gifts under a pot of plants at JH's house instead of a christmas tree and we had chilli crab instead of turkey like others do.. thus, that made us quite UNIQUE, isnt it??

i had chose Andy for the gift exchange and Shi Ling had chose me during the exchange.. its a very nice mug and a teddy bear, with my horoscope-ARIES and when placed with hot water, it will turn to another picture.. very ncie and special!!!! another one is from Jackie, who had given me a set of mickey mouse tableware set which includes a bowl, cup and spoon. this was a surprise as intially we need to buy one gift for the no who we had chose to give.. so nice of her eh...

and not forgetting, Connie for her REAL pearl necklace, handphone accessories which she went for a holiday in China a week ago.. and Jackie's OSIP China gifts too (belt, oil blotter, handphone accessories and stickers) haha.. very fruitful day today..

the party ended at 12 plus as Jackie still got 2nd round of celebration to go.. haha.. she drove us (SL, C, A and me) home.. not bad eh, ur drivinbg skills.. heex... as MY and CW stayed near his house, den they walked home...
