OMG.... our door cant even opened AGAIN!!! wat a lousy door... haiz.. but luckily by 9 plus, it's opened again...

today, ain told me that she went for a briefing organised by RB... wooo... its a customer service training... as we're working as a cashier, we need to have a good customer service... i strongly believe that customers will come back to ur outlet if u can give them the warmth and satisfaction that they want to be treated as when they are ur customers... i think u too will also wan to be treated with good customer services.. right? haha...

was very excited when she SMSed me that she went to the training... haha.... intend to asked her to call me when she reached home.. but then her bro was waiting for an urgent call.. haiz.. wat a sad thing!!! : (
